Solve the Occupied Palestine problem ( along per-1967 lines).
Why is this important to Muslims worldwide, you ask?
Why do Muslims in Indonesia, Lebanon, France, etc., etc care about the ‘goings on’ in Occupied Palestine today??
Muslims world wide describe themselves as the Ummah ( the Muslim community in the World). This gives a sense of community between ALL Muslims locally, district, state, country, & internationally.
The unacceptable behavior of Israel in relation to the Palestinians, has gone on FAR TOO LONG.
What the world has to understand is that no compensation has ever been paid to the MILLIONS of displaced Palestinians forced out of their ancestral homes & lands for (sometimes) hundreds of years, into refugee camps in Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, & Jordan.
Generations of people have grown up in these cramped, make-shift camps with limited resources (limited water, electricity, sewerage facilities etc.), with no prospect of higher education( & in a lot of cases even BASIC education), high unemployment, no welfare system., no future.
And you dare to wonder why these people are frustrated at the injustices meted out to them by ‘the WEST’?
You don’t spend hours at checkpoints in the ‘virtual prison’ of Gaza, trying to get to work, only to have your boss fire you because of your lack of punctuality [because you were held up at the checkpoints].
Does your family have to go 200 metres down the road to queue for the water pump, pump water into whatever container you have, & carry it back to your house for your usage?
Thousands of Palestinians do this in Occupied Palestine, every day !!
This treatment of Palestinian Nationals has only being going on FAR TOO LONG, but was planned, in 1947, even before the partition plan of Palestine was approved.

Now the US has recinded its commitment in supporting the ‘illegality’ of expanding settlements, and declared settlements ‘not a pre-condition’ of further peace talks between Israel and Occupied Palestine.
Barack Obama, only a few weeks ago declared these settlements as illegal.
Now Sec State Clinton has capitulated on this.
